The HyTan NEG-Ion Combination UHV Pump 

 

The HyTan NEG-Ion Pump range are the first combination pumps with exchangeable NEG and ion pump modules, delivering a truly versatile UHV solution to science and research across diverse applications. 

 

Versatile performance 

NEG pumps deliver high pumping speeds for H2, but also chemically active gases such as N2, O2 and CO, while ion pumps efficiently pump all gas species including noble gases and methane. HyTan NEG-Ion Pumps merge both technologies for compounded, flexible performance with hydrogen pumping speed ranges between 100-500 l/s. 

 

Compact 

Competent for general UHV use, HyTan NEG-Ion Pumps are particularly beneficial for applications where size is restricted. Compact, and with the option of assembling the pump inside your chamber, they are highly space efficient and provide a solution where former products had proven a challenge. 

 

Efficient, low cost of ownership  

NEG and ion pump modules are exchangeable, with options for both noble and conventional diode elements meaning they can be applied to a wide spectrum of applications. The pump's replaceable parts and low power consumption levels support our commitment to producing environmentally friendly products.
